Stained glass
The south rose window of Lausanne’s Notre-Dame Cathedral dating from the XIIIth century is exceptionally well preserved. Lausanne antiques fair visual, created by Leta Krähenbühl, is inspired by a detail of this rose : a woman breastfeeding a dragon, allegory of the element “air”.
Nothing would have been possible without the Denis Krieger‘s remarkable work. His website offers astonishing views of stained glass windows from all over Europe : a diving into graphic works of art from all ages.
